Standard Cover 9am to 5:30pm UK time. Monday to Friday. (*)
Sapphire Cover 24hrs. 7 days a week. 365 days a year, with no additional on site Engineer support outside Standard Cover hours. (*)
Diamond Cover 24hrs. 7 days a week. 365 days a year, with additional on site Engineer support if required. (*)
