The teams have been busy testing and releasing Tiger Prism 2017 R3 and completing the release notes, after a very busy festive period. R3 comes with new features, like all our releases, and many improvements to the software release. If you would like to upgrade to Tiger Prism R3, release notes are available and your account manager can give you further details.
The team has been discussing some new Webinars, and finalising the topics which we will cover so WATCH THIS SPACE for further details!
The support team has a new Member of staff who started in November, Dean Jeanes. Dean has settled in well with the Tiger family and you will now hear a new voice if you call into the Tiger support desk.
